By the way, the links to the home page and featured plans was a good way to review plan options. The plan features are clearly presented. One improvement might be to give better guidance to the row view and selecting plan details. This view was most helpful when narrowing choices to two or three plans.

Finally, thanks for your follow ups to keep us on track. Major decisions like these do require some focus and commitment of time.

I’ve just had an amazing experience with a telemarketer for Healthcompare.com. A very sincere and entertaining woman named Regina Billquist got hold of me and helped me find health care.

I’ve dealt with many telemarketers before–we all know the drill…reading from a script, monotone, stiff, annoying…NOT Regina! She had personality and vitality and really seemed to care about helping me. And she did.

Her follow-up was wonderful, also. She is a gem–and I feel really good about my policy–even though I wish it cost less–because she set it up for me. Give that woman a raise–or at least have her share with your company how she does it. She’s a gem!!
